TEKNOFEST 2025 Achievement

The Protecta360 team, composed of students from the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Mechatronics Engineering, achieved great success in the Smart Transportation category at Teknofest 2025. They stood out among 97,000 teams and managed to become one of the 25 teams that reached the finals in the university and above category.

Team leader Ahmet Zeki AKSOY, valued team members Emir IŞIK, Hüseyin ALP, Ömer Faruk POLAT, Leyla GİDER, and their advisor Assoc. Prof. Dr. Levent GÖKREM brought honour to our university by winning the ‘Second Place in Turkey’ and ‘Best Commercialisation Potential’ Honourable Mention Award, bringing pride to our university. We congratulate the team on this significant achievement and wish them many more successes in the future!
